Suitable For:

VeriSM Plus has been designed to offer professionals with a background in (IT) Service Management the opportunity to bridge into VeriSM Foundation. Candidates who already have a Service Management Foundation certification (for example ISO/IEC 20000, SIAM, IT4IT or ITIL 4 Foundation) only have to successfully pass VeriSM Plus to attain the full VeriSM Foundation certification.

Learning Outcomes:

At the end of this course learners will be able to:

  • Describe the impact of digital transformation on service management
  • Explain methods to overcome team challenges (silos, virtual teams)
