Terms & Conditions

Bookings

Can be made by telephone, email or via the KnowledgeAdd.com website. Bookings are considered provisional until payment has successfully cleared.

Payment

All individual course place fees must be paid 15 days in advance of the course start date. Any individual course places booked within 15 days of the course start date will need to be paid immediately. Payment is considered ‘immediate’ If making a purchase using Klarna.

Bookings for multiple course places, groups, and private courses are to be paid within 30 days of invoice. Invoices are generated following agreement on course details.

Special Requirements and Dietary Requirements

Special requirements and dietary requirements can be met and arrangements for personal religious worship or learners requiring additional support can be easily made. Simply state your requirements at the time of booking and we will make all the necessary preparations. Please note that dietary requirements are not applicable for virtual courses.

Course amendments

KnowledgeAdd and its Partners reserve the right to amend course content, tutors, venues, times, dates or published prices, or to cancel a scheduled course. Changes to prices, times and dates will be advised in advance of the course start date and any course that has already been paid in full will not be subject to any price increases.

Cancellations

It is the responsibility of the person booking the training and/or the the person attending the training to notify KnowledgeAdd of any changes in their circumstance that will prevent the learner from attending the course. Failure to attend a course without prior written or email notification will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and no refund will be issued. It is possible to change the person attending the course or transfer a course place to a future course that is running within 90 days of the original course date.

Covid-19

KnowledgeAdd appreciate that covid-19 brings many new challenges that have never been faced before. KnowledgeAdd commit to doing everything we can to help our customers address and overcome these challenges, should they hamper course attendance, course fulfilment, or course enjoyment.

Complaints

In the unlikely event that you wish to complain about any aspect of our services you may do so by sending an email to contact@knowledgeadd.com or post to KnowledgeAdd Ltd, International House, 64 Nile Street, London, N1 7SR. You will receive a response from a member of the executive team within 28 days.

Exam Appeals

If you wish to appeal the result of an exam, please put your appeal in writing by sending an email to contact@knowledgeadd.com or post to KnowledgeAdd Ltd, International House, 64 Nile Street, London, N1 7SR. The correspondence will be passed to the Examination Institute’s portfolio manager for action. KnowledgeAdd will continue to be your point of contact during the appeal and will endeavour to keep you advised about what is happening at every stage of the appeal process. If the Examination Institute do not respond within a timely manner, KnowledgeAdd will escalate the matter to our Examination Institute Account Manager.
