Helen has over 20 years of experience in Service Management, including operational management of service desks, technical support teams, service level management, and programme management.

Projects include the provision of quality training and consultancy to organisations, assisting with the deliver of IT Service Management, and the provision of cultural change support to enable the full exploitation of the benefits from implementing Service Management best practice.

Helen’s achievements and designations include ITIL Expert, ITIL 4 Managing Professional, ISO/IEC 20000 Consultant, and contributing author to VeriSM.
